Our training matrix application is designed to be easily customizable for every business. The package includes tracking of employee training training sessions, mastery of procedures as well as an hour log of training at individual tasks.
How it works:
Each employee will register an account. Upon login, the employee will see their individual current training record as well as be able to submit requests for approval of training hours at training tasks. Bringing this quick view to employees will allow them to keep track of their own training needs. In addition, this software allows employees to perform a ‘what if’ search on potential future job position training requirements. They simply pick a job position they’re interested in applying for and the software will run the training matrix to show them how their current training status lines up with the requirements of the new job position. Highly motivated employees will reveal themselves by taking any additional training needed for the job they wish to apply for.
At the manager level, queries are set up to easily view how your department is performing. Managers are able to see their own individual training matrix as well as view stats and matrices for their employees.
Administrators are given access to view training statistics for all employees in the company.
